If within 30 days of  your purchase you are not 100% satisfied, we will gladly exchange the merchandise or refund your money at your option and a 25% restocking fee will be charged to all returns. (this does not include scooters, their warrantee is on the scooter page).

BeachFinds.com will accept Visa,  MasterCard, & Discover Cards.  Orders are transmitted to and from an encrypted format  to our secure server, insuring your privacy. We hold a secured server certificate from Thawte.

                                              

Shipping
Products are shipped from BeachFinds.com via UPS ground service within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery!   Shipping charges are listed separately for each product.  In rare instances, items may take longer to ship, if not in stock. You will be notified that your product is on back order.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, please make sure that you use a proper street address for delivery. 

Return Policy
If within 30 days of your purchase you are not 100% satisfied, we will gladly exchange the merchandise or refund your money at your option (does not include scooters). When returning or exchanging products all shipping charges will be at the customers expense and a 25% restocking fee will be charged.  You must call us at (616) 395-3663 or email us at Returns@BeachFinds.com  prior to returning any merchandise.  Make sure to include the shipping slip or your name with the order number in the return.  If the merchandise has been used, damaged, or not properly cared for, we will not be able to honor the return.  The merchandise will be shipped back to the costumer, and no refund will be issued.
